“Arrested” – this was the one-word message that James Buck posted on his blog through tweeter that leads his way out from jail.
James Buck is a graduate student from University of California-Berkeley who was then in Egypt to covering an anti-government protest. He was arrested by joining the massive protest in Mahalla, Egypt. On the way to the prison, he reached on his pocket and send-out a message through “twitter” that posted an entry to his blog. This alarms all of his friends and readers. One of his friends from UC-B who was then based in Mahalla was alarmed and helped him out. Check out CNN for more.
WOW! The power of blogging! I never heard about tweeting for a blog entry.. We should sign up for an account! So, if I posted “SHOP”, you all know where I to be found… am in Lacoste, Rustan’s or in Apple Center… LOL
